Our Terms and Conditions are Very Simple
1. All Sales are final.
2. Pennsylvania residents are charged Sales Tax.
3. If any product is found defective in material or workmanship within a period of 15 days( except oil filters and spark plugs), return the product in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING with the shipping prepaid and a new part or reimbursment will be sent back to you. If a product is found to be damaged by the purchaser to return the product for reimbursement or a new replacement part, the purchaser will not receive a new replacement part or a refund.
4. Payment must be made by Credit Card, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Money Order, or Cash(At Your Own Risk) within 10 days of order purchase.
5. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time without any notice.
