Absolutely. During the day, employees are doing multiple duties which sometimes draws them away from the phone. Please don't feel that we don't want to help you, someone will reply as soon as possible.

What is the shipping for the item/s I bought?
We have large accounts with many shipping carriers. We try to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Shipping is included with the purchase of an item/s. Since items vary in weight and size, shipping charges vary also.

Do I have to pay sales tax.
Only items shipped to Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax.

My item was broken in shipping, what do I do?
This vary rarely happens since we package our products like fragile glass, but damage sometimes happens. If the shipping carrier hasn't left yet, refuse the package, tell them to send it back to the shipper. I will deal with the shipping carrier. Once we get the item/s back, we will ship out a new item/s or refund you the amount if you desire.

Can I order multiple different items?
Yes. Remember that with shipping more than one item the shipping rates decrease so you will be saving money. Contact me about the shipping of the items you need before you place an order for more possible savings.

Can I bulk order items?
Absolutely. This is the best way to save money. Bulk orders start as low as five (5) items to a high of twenty (20) items depending on the items you are ordering. Not only do you save on buying in bulk, shipping rates on bulk orders is very low. Contact me first about bulk rates before placing an order.

I don't see the part I need in the store. Do you have them in stock?
We do our best to list all the items we offer, in our online store. We carry 5000+ parts all the time and trying to list all these items takes a lot of time. Feel free to email or call us to see if we have the parts in stock. We are acquiring stock daily.

How do I know if this is the part I need?
We will help you in every way to see if the parts you need will fit. All we need are the equipment or engine identification numbers so we can find the part numbers of the part you need. If the equipment or engine identification number are not present, we will help you to the best of our ability to identify the equipment and the parts you need.

I ordered an item I don't need, can I return it?
Sorry. All sales are final unless the product was damaged. Damaging an item to return it is vary evident and will be noticed. If you damage the product to return it, you will not get a new part or a refund.

There are no pictures for some items in the store. Do you have these parts?
Yes we do. It takes a lot of time to list all the parts and pictures we have. It does not mean we don't have the part in stock.

I want an item. How long do I have before I have to pay for it.
If you buy an item, you are given 10 days from time of purchase to send a personal check, cashiers check, money order, or pay with a credit card through Paypal. Any payment method will be checked for fraudulent accounts before the product will be shipped.
